Sports › Add a schedule

Add your schedule

Free, for any Dartmouth league, club or school team. Paste the calendar link from your team app and your games appear on the Sports page. When you move a game in the app, it moves here too. No rosters, no player names, no RSVPs: we keep only the game name, time and place.

Where to find your calendar link

TeamSnap: on the team's web page, open Schedule, then Settings or the gear, then “Sync Calendar” or “Export”. Copy the link (it starts with webcal:// or https://ical.teamsnap.com).
SportsEngine: on the schedule page, choose “Subscribe” or the calendar icon and copy the iCal link.
GameChanger: in the team schedule, tap the share or calendar icon and choose “Subscribe to calendar”; copy the link it gives you.
LeagueApps, Stack, Blue Sombrero, others: look for “Subscribe”, “iCal” or “Add to calendar” on the public schedule page.
Google Calendar: in the calendar's settings, copy the “Public address in iCal format”. The calendar must be set to public.

One link per team, or one for the league

Many apps give each team its own link. Send as many as you like, one form each. If your league has a single all-teams calendar, that works too.

What we publish, and what we don't

Published: the game title (usually “Your team vs. Their team”), date, time, and field or rink. Not published, and never stored: descriptions, notes, attendees, RSVPs, contact details and anything else in the feed. Practices are left out unless you ask. Your name and email are for us to reach you and are never shown.
